We have worked with the city’s and state’s police departments and crime prevention professionals and have improved the living conditions of hundreds of poor forgotten people, including the elderly and the homeless. We have worked with neighborhood watch programs and neighborhood improvement districts. We have brought hope to people who had lost their hope.
We purchased apartment complexes across the country, lowered the rents, and placed deed restrictions to ensure they could not be increased for 40 years.
We purchased them in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Minnesota, and Michigan.
We started many years ago by trying to help the poor and homeless improve their living situation by providing food, shelter, and a job. We soon realized that without a stable place to live a family can’t focus on their family or strengthen their core values.
We then focused the majority of our time and effort on housing. We purchased several incomplete housing subdivisions and completed them. We then bought numerous foreclosed houses, made the necessary repairs, donated the down payments, when possible, and sold them to first-time homebuyers.
We helped revitalize neighborhoods, helped reduce crime, and helped bring stability back to communities and neighborhoods.
We are continuing these activities today to use our resources to help improve the quality of life for people, neighborhoods, and communities across the country.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with our home office in Arizona. We were approved by the Internal Revenue Service in 1992.
Our stated purpose is:
To provide affordable housing and property management services to low-income families, individuals, the needy, and the elderly through community revitalization and preservation of affordable housing with vacant and abandoned properties.
We are an organization with a heart, we help whoever we can, whenever we can, wherever we can. Our goal is to restore hope to the hopeless and bring out the best in people, thereby improving all of us.
